It's called a food mill,  and a blender works as well.  BTW, it's JUICER, not jucier.

My parents had one when I was young. I remember them pureeing fresh cooked tomatoes into juice. They were similar to a ricer, stainless or aluminum and had a large turning handle and should still be available at a home or professional kitchen store or online.
