Italian moving to Malaysia?

I heard if Italians wanna move to Malaysia, they need working documents from Malaysia and bring back to Italy to Malaysian Embassy there in order to extend their visa.

Is that true? Can you guys gimme any guidance pls.

no, it is not quite how it works, you first need to find a job in Malaysia, trough internet or else, get a work permit trough the embassy: consular services,in Italy;
