Italian people, surname question?

Question

Okay if there is anyone here from Italy that would be much appreciated. I'm a quarter Italian when my family from Italy came to the US my grandfather was adopted and that changed his name to Miller. Okay my question is, does anyone here from Italy know anyone with the Surname/last name of Commerato? If you do that would be much appreciated. I would really like to find my family, and this is all I know about them. Thank you very much.
