  1. "come va?" "cose succede?"

    but yesterday on MTV program "Made" I've seen a rapper who said What's Up, if you mean this case, a rapper in Italy whould said "Come butta?"

  3. come stai, NOT come estai.  for a native italian he doesn't even know the rule that you are not supposed to stick an e before s + consonant.  kelly is correct.

  4. I would say "Che c'è?" (kay cheh, literally "What's there?") or "Che succede?" (kay soo-CHEH-deh, literally "What's going on?")
