Italians: whats so good about them? And whats so bad about them?

good:food,guys,pizza,places

bad:BERLUSCONI(i really hate him!)

mafia(that means berlusconi!)the governament!(berlusconi!)

hi I am Roman...

Italy became a nation only in 1870, after centurys and centurys were there were  only small states, kingdoms, principalities! the rivarly was very hard and also after the union with garibaldi, beetwen city and city remained some hostility!

today there are great rivaltys beetwen north and south and beetwen some city! ( for example rome vs milan,  napoli vs all Italy, and so on ).

in Italy is very hard also the rivalty in politic, in sports and in culture.

but the Italians not are stupid! beetwen they are enemys and racists, but when another country speaks bad of us, or when there are important things or sports events, they forget the problems and become strong and joined together!

GOOD: arts,food,landscapes,climate,people

BAD: Berlusconi = mafia, the bigoted religious (not everybody of course),the temporary employees,the  racism,the fascism,the criminality,the prison not strict,to know the certain of the punishments( criminals leave prison after a few months)... and i could continue for ages.....poor italy...if you want to sand me an email for more info you can do!

i`m italian.



probably I will not be objective, but i certainly can say many things about us.

for example:

we are sociable, we adapt easily and have friendship very soon, we are very attached to the traditions and values (especially religious) and we have the best cuisine at world,but we have about us stereotypes that we can not take away so easily.  for example for american people italians are: pizza mandolino mafia spaghetti and benito mussolini. visit our country and next you love Italian art, history sea and girls (Monica Bellucci is italian ;) )
