We toured with Grand European Tours, and they were awsome. Our tourgide's name was Margaret. She got us in places that I am sure we would not have gotten to go on our own, and we did not have to wait in any lines in Venice for the gondolas, while everyone else did. You will love Italy. Take a tour the first trip there and you will want to go back on your own to discover it at your own pace. No matter how long you stay, it won't be long enough.

in Florence we got to see a leather factory and how it is made , and saw the Ponte Santa Trinita which is a very famous bridge . be sure to check out the main square ( obvious once you get there) that has many famous scultures and also The Duomo Santa Maria Del Fiore which is the church , veryyyyyy easy to find !

in Sorrento they specialize in wood making so we say a demonstration on that and a store that is located there be sure to stay in a hotel up in the mountain side , it has an amazing view !!

i went with EF tours and our tour guide's name was Metra and they set you up with different guides for different places in florence you might not need one
