Itchy, red patches on face?

So I used this neutrogina face wash a couple months ago, and it caused red patches on my chin, and both of my cheeks. It went away after a couple weeks. I didn't use it ever again until now, because I ran out of my other facial cleanser, and I regret it, because now those red patches are back in the EXACT same spot. What is this?

But more importantly, how can I get rid of them faster than two weeks?

Hello, i think you might find the places where you get the red patches is the skin having an allergic reaction to the product. unfortunately there is not a way to speed up the process as it must return back to normal in its own time.

Im not sure how you can get rid of them. It sounds like your skin doesn't agree with the product or its ingredients. You could always use tinted moisturizer in an attempt at covering for the time being.

i got exactally the same thing from nutrogena plus dry skin

all you need to do is use a natrual face clenser now, but dont scrub your face, put it on gently.
