Itchy rash on sensitive skin?

I have always had sensitive skin but since having my baby last year i have a really really itchy rash all over my belly! Ive tried all sorts to get rid of it but nothing is working!! Its really getting me down so if anyone can help i'd be very grateful.

It could be rosea.  You could try either

Cortizone-10 or Extra Strength Benadryl creams.  Consider seeing a dermatologist if no improvement.
