Item found on ebay that could be a fraud?

ok so i found a brand new ps3 80gb with motorstorm limited edition that costs $400 buy it now and free shipping should i trust the seller?

If the seller turns out to be lying Ebay should help you out on that, and if you have paypal I believe they have a service to return money to you

read the seller's feedback to see if they have problems delivery top quality products of the price points around $400 and electronics. if you pay via PayPal and there is a problem, you MAY (not for sure) get your $ back IF the seller has enough $ in his account.  if worried, do NOT go forward.

take a look at the sellers record.  what type of feedback do they have,  anything in the high 90's is good. if they don't have a track record, I don't know that I'd take the risk.
