Item postage from singapore?

I bought an item from singapore from ebay says it was posted out monday today is friday when i try to track the item it says ' We are sorry, Item No. ******* is either Not Found or its status Not Available at this moment. Please check the item number and try again.

if it was posted monday surely the tracking number should work has any one purchased items from over seas how long does it take to track how long delivery
