i downloaded apps but how do i put it on my itouch?

Plug in your iPod and when the sync menu comes, up, press sync and the apps will automatically transfer to your touch.

Itunes by default sets itself to autosync. So when you plug in the ipod, itunes will ask to sync it, just say yes. If its not asking you that then it might be set to manually. In which case you will need to go to the tabs on the right from that appear when the ipod is connected (the first tab says summary) One of the tabs say Apps' select it and then synce the apps from here. all the apps in itunes will download onto the Ipod.
