  3. ice cream usually hits the spot for me...especially cookies & cream :-D

    at the moment, however, i am having a bowl of total (the cereal) with lots of blueberries, & it is very sweet & delicious! & quite a bit healthier, haha

  4. OMG..me too! However, I'm at work but I'm going to go to Mickey D's and get a caramel sundae...it's not healthy but it will kill the sweet tooth..

  5. well just so you know peanut butter or chocolate will cause you to have very bad nightmares (in alot of people not everyone but alot)

    i am one of them if i eat peanut butter before sleep wow i dream so bad and whacky lol

  6. Other than some delicious ice cream,  my only suggestion is chocolate chips.  I usually have some in my freezer.

  9. cheese & crackers. it will satisfy your hunger without all that fat your body doesn't need before you go to sleep

  10. just try a healthy cereal or i buy quaker rice cakes. they r great and low cal/fat!
