It’s A Privilege and Ascription to battle it out in the Cold Overton Handicap at Leicester
Aiming to keep his head in front in the Class 5 Cold Overton Handicap over a mile and sixty yards at Leicester on Thursday, 28th June is, It’s A Privilege.

The grey gelding missed the Sis Live Handicap on 14th May at Windsor over a mile and one-half furlong, by 1 ¼ lengths. .
The favourite of the race, Shot In The Dark, ended eighth in the field of ten.
Not wavering from the consistency level, It’s A Privilege closed in on the mile and one furlong distance right after the winner, Anya, in the Starr Companies Median Auction Maiden Stakes on 12thJune. The favourite finished as a runner-up by a margin of four lengths.
Today, it will be his first outing at Leicester during which he will be accompanied by jockey, Jim Crowley.
He will take off from the fourth stall, and he is in good form to post his first victory of the season. Sharing the 9 to 4 odds with It’s A Privilege is, Ascription.
The lightly raced three-year-old bay colt has raced thrice, and has ranked fourteenth, third and then fourth in the three outings.
The favourable odds that he is carrying today are due to the drastic improvement from the career debut to the third attempt of the season.
The Ed Dunlop trained will become the mount for jockey, Jimmy Fortune.
