And also, how do I know what size I am and if the shirt would fit me? Do I go by the sizes from a store like hollister???

Yes, on line sales are included.  You're on your own as far as sizes are concerned.  Labeled sizes frequently don't match up to reality so I seldom buy clothing on line except from a seller that offers free exchanges inclusive of shipping charges, such as Land's End.  

BTW, if you buy from an on-line merchant that doesn't have a nexus in TX, you won't be charged sales tax by the merchant.  You technically owe the tax to TX but they have no way to enforce collection at present.  Let your conscience be your guide on that one.
