A woman's perogative to change her mind means that it is all right for a woman to be changeable in her desires, whereas a man might not get away with it.  it is seen as a sort of amiable female weakness for a woman to be unable to make up her mind.  men are supposed to be more firm in their opinions.

ADDENDUM:  Women's humour is so terribly delightful, it sends me rolling off my bed, it's just sooo irresistibly subtle, oblique and unpredictable.  It's too brilliant to ignore women's attempt at humour.  It's like having Ellen Degeneration available whenever I want; so pleasant and charming.

Hypothetical:  Today I liked strawberries.  Tomorrow I learn strawberries make me breakout in a rash.  The next day, I decide to stop eating strawberries.
