ok. i love taking and being in photos. i was wondering if anyone knew of any good photoshop, photo effect, editing kind of thing online for free. i cant download anything though (new computer, parents want no downloads). thank you so much.

pay for it, pirate it, either way, you will have to download something as you can't edit photos like in photoshop online.
