  1. You have tonnes of muscle and no body fat? So you have what people strive for. Be happy, BMI is complete bull plop anyways.

  2. EAT Alot of RICE & Chicken!!!! I'm serious. I'm asian n shiet trust me dat shiet will gain yoazz some weight =D.

  3. Im the same Im 24 but and I only weigh 60kg can put food away and never gain a kilo

  4. Hey are you trying to just put on fat or do you want to add more muscle (i.e. look cut) First you need to figure out your BMR, how many calories you would burn in you were in bed all day you can find that here http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calcul... From the information you have left I have calculated it at 1800 calories.

Now you need to mutliply that by an activity number you can find that here http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calcul... . Since I don't know your activity level, I am assuming you burn around 2600-2700 calories a day.

I think you are probably not eating 3000-4000 calories, or maybe you burn a lot of calories in a day.

Foods you should try to get should be really calorie dense:

    Protein Powder

    Dried Fruit

    Nuts

    Seeds

    Peanut or Almond Butter

    Good luck

    Hope that helps

  5. You don't want fat, and when you workout to gain muscle you will loose fat durr lol

If you really want to have risk of heart disease, go to macdonalds.

  6. Honey sandwiches

  7. Junk food eg, pizza,chips,burgers

  8. Oh my gosh hun .... 3000-4000 calories a day sounds extremly unhealthy !!!

.... your metabolism is pretty fast if you can't gain weight.

visit a dietician. Its for your own good [=

  9. eat anything that is mainly carbs...

  10. Eat right before you go to sleep

    also,

  11. eat lots of carbs (ie pasta, rice, bread) and protein (meat, fish, beans, cheese, nuts etc).

Try and eat 6 times a day - large breakfast, large lunch and large dinner, plus snacks mid-morning, mid-afternoon and evening.  Don't go for really unhealthy options though, try to keep it all healthy if possible, or you'll be consuming empty calories.

    Good luck!

  12. You probably need more carbs, such as wholemeal breads, potatoes, rice, pasta etc....

Your muscle sounds like your protein intake is good.

The BMI is only a guide and if you are athletic then it will be lower than average, but this is nothing to worry about.

You probably have a fast metabolism and convert food very quickly. If still concerned there are plenty of weight gain powder products available form all good healthstores.

  13. Well, seeing as you want to gain weight, you don't want to eat fattening foods that can damage your inner organs.

See a doctor or specialist because my advice wont do any good
