Its laser time boys?who said it an what program?

does anyone know or remember what robot cartoon program that was in years ago,,,he either said its laser time boys,,or its faser time boys

The cartoon was called "The Bots Master".  The main character's name was Ziv Zulander or ZZ for short.  Whenever he said "Its Lazer Time" that meant you were supposed to put on your 3D glasses and then he would say "Game Over" when the 3D segment was done.  Youtube used to have most of the episodes available to watch.  I'm not sure if they are still on there or not.
