DANNY"S lol.... a deil... i would get a grill chicken sandwhich... ( plain nothing but bread and chicken...) with some fries and ginger ale....lol

One of my offices was near a large University.  They had a Food Alley nearby loaded with places to eat.  We often walked over there for Lunch.  I enjoyed Taco Bell and Arby's most.  From Taco Bell, I love the Double Decker Tacos.  I almost always got the Regular RB and fries from Arby's.

If you want to know what is real, and most common, then at lunch hour, I continue working. The reasons why is because I don't have enough money for lunch, and in fact seldom have enough food for lunch. Sometimes there is a fresh veggie or fruit. And occasionally there is lunch meat. But in general, just water.

If you want to know what I would do if there weren't those constraints, I would go to my company's cafeteria, if there was little money. They serve a wide variety of cold and hot food items.

If, on the other hand, there was money enough to go out to eat, there are a variety of choices that I consider. I prefer non-American cuisines. Greek, Japanese, Indian are my first choices. I love trying things I have not tried before.
