its my best friend birthday on friday she is turning 29 year old i want to take her out to a kool and cheap bar or club lol i'm in a budget though any ideas thanks

  1. Take her to Pechanga Resort and Casino. Food is pretty good and not too expensive, there is a lot to do (drink and gamble).
