we were suppose to have a party at our new apartment but NOW we are not going to get the apt until monday so that screwed up everything.. WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO that will be fun..

Go to Dave and Busters or Bennigans. Let the other people know that they will have to pay their own way, but the b-day boy gets dinner and possibly a couple drinks paid for.

Or go to Hooters.

If all that is too expensive, go to someone elses place, get some Hooters take out, play some music, or watch some crazy B rated movie and make fun of it. Rent Rocky Horror Picture Show and try to act it out.

Go somewhere where they have a pool and have a pool party.

He might enjoy the Houston Museum of Natural Science.  They have an excellent dinosaur exhibit.  Right now they have a cool CSI exhibit, as well as a "Lucy" exhibit with early hominid fossils.
