Its my first time and I am happy coz I am going to watch the us open this sept. anybody also happy for me?

I will be NYork for 2 wks and maybe just for watch tennis match for 2days, will somebody knows what place should I visit while i am there? Its my first time to travel to US

No, china town is not worth going to and little italy has shrunk to about 2 streets.  Go to the Bowry in the evening for a beer during sunset -that's cool. Also very cool is the Village. Go to Bleeker street and hangout at a jazz club. You can go through SoHo and check out the galleries. If you want cheap thrills, check out midtown Times Square. Its very touristy, though. Watch your wallet and stuff. Things move fast here.

NYC is a very diverse city....check out chinatown or little italy...maybe even time square.....im also going to the US OPEN for the first couple of matches....maybe i will see u

Well you should go to the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, MOMA, The Met, Central Park, 30 Rock, so many things. Have fun!
