yes! she would look kinda strange if she never had one, but make sure it is pay as you go so once shes used up the amount theres no worrying about her spending too much money

I would use a plan where you pay a certain amount of money for a certain amount of time. After that time is done the phone can't be used. My friends at work get $400-1500 cell phone bills from their kids all the time. Surprise!!!! I think they are called pay as you go plans.

I don't know of any 15 year old without a phone, assuming this is a phone, so yes, I think its a reasonable idea for her to have a phone. A girl at that age needs to stay in contact with other people, and image is indeed everything at that age, so yes.

yeah i dont know any person with a cell phone above the age of 10 and i live in syracuse. and its not going to cost you 400 dollers. thats for sure.
