Its so hard trying to loose the last 7Ib of weight - dont you think?

  1. Exercise would be the best way, even just a walk for about 20 minutes a day would help.

    Good luck, but I'm sure you'll reach your target soon.


  2. Same problem i am usually 9 stone 3 just had baby girl went to 13half stone now down to 10stone ten been excersicing dieting tryed everything and no matter what i do it just ain budging seriously feel like topping myself its soooo depresing dont know how fat people do it  

  3. 3 meals a day

    no snacking

    and as much exercise as you can

  4. I am struggling myself but I lose a little weight each time by drinking cinnamon and honey with hot water in the morning half an hour before breakfast and half an hour before bed
