there are all kinds of fun word games we can play with things that sound the same but mean different things, or things that sound like opposites that mean the same thing:

You can be a part of something or apart from it--(opposites that sound alike) or I could say that you know jack about a certain issue, would have a meaning identical to saying that you don't know jack about it.

I'm using "Obama 'n' Biden"--it has even more letters in common with that other name, and more nearly the correct number of syllables.

Speaking of the scourge of Muslim terrorism, it reminds me of Islamabad, Pakistan.  You could take the name of that city and say, "Endemic terrorism proves Islam a bad religion".

Or how about how Iraq suffered under the regime of the "Butcher of Baghdad".  You could say the country was "Sadamized" (a homonym for sodomized).
