Itunes Account outside US method , can you verify if this will work?

i thought of an ingenious way of getting access to the itunes US store (music etc) without having a US credit card and without doing anything illegal. i thought i could set up a paypal account in my homecountry with my credit card, then i could set up another with a friends in the US billing address (family friend) but this time with no credit card. Then i setup an itunes account with the US paypal and keep donating from the first paypal account to the US paypal and pay using that...

does that sound legit? or am i doing something wrong?

My daughter went to school in London and downloaded with no problems, don't have to have US credit card
