Itunes and Movies? Please Help !!!!!?

A few days ago a friend of mine logged on to his itunes account on my computer and purchased a movie for me and he also authorized my computer so that I could play it but when I tried to play it the movie screen (window) came open and the seconds/minutes started going down but there was no sound and no picture , it was just gray. Then, a message popped open and said the person who bought it for me needed to enter their password so that I could play it. And when that person did enter their password it just said that my iTunes had been successfully authorized to play the film but yet again when I tried , no movie,Just a gray screen (window) So we tried over and over to try and make it play but couldn't, Then we bought a blank DVD Re-writable disc and he logged on to his own computer and found the film that he bought for me and tried to copy it to the disc, but, when we tried to play it on my computer the same thing, just gray and no sound, after trying several other DVD Re-writable disks we gave up and I watched it on his computer but I still really want it on my computer so that I can watch it when ever I want ..... Does any one know what to do? Please help, I really want to have the movie on my computer !!! xD THANKS

I wish I knew more but all I can say is that you might want to try downloading it again. I have had that happen to me with a few TV shows, but there was no transferring to another computer. It had the same type of no sound with it asking for authorization and I had to download it again, but I restarted itunes first.
