Itunes crash/error plz help me!!! i've asked twice with NO answers!!!

Question

When iTunes has been running for a while (around 5 min) or when my computer is busy itunes always closes itself and displays the Send Error Report message.

reinstall itunes from the apple website as it has bug fixes for stability in the current version is 7.7.1.

this sounds like a virtual memory issue and is common in systems with not enough physical RAM.

I would also suggest you use one of the many utilities to optimise your system and clear out unused programs and files as this helps optimising memory usage.

Download idump. (do a google search)

Uninstall itunes.

Download itunes

Open idump

Plug your ipod in

It'll take all your songs off your ipod and put them onto idump

Open itunes

Copy the songs from idump to your newly downloaded itunes!

Then sync your ipod

This will keep all of your itunes songs when you download the newest version of itunes
