Itunes error 9808, please help?

Question

I just downloaded iTunes 7.7.1.11 and every time I try to connect to the internet with it itunes says "error -9808"

I have windows xp and looked @ the advanced Internet options and also turned off firewall but neither worked

I also have an iPod touch if that is of any importance
