Itunes help.....movies??

i was wondering how come/ how i can fix this....when i go to watch something through itunes all i get is the sound and a green screen...

  1. What is "something"? If it's just downloaded junk video you might not have the proper codecs to play it but I can't tell you what those codecs are without seeing the video file.
