Itunes/iPod help please !

im trying to delete the songs on my ipod but the all the songs on itunes for my ipod are grey and "unclickable" if you know what i mean... i dont know whats happening i used to just right l**k and delete..but now i cant even click the songs :S

Try quitting iTunes and restarting it. It won't damage the iPod, as I've had to do this before. If this doens't work, try unplugging your iPod and plugging it back in. You could even do a soft reset by holding Menu and the center button until the iPod restarts. If this stuff doesn't work, you can go to an Apple Store and ask what's going on, or you can contact Apple support from the website. Hope this helps!
