Itunes is annoying me, please help!?

Question

When I click on my itunes it looks like its going to load as the timer comes up, but then it just doesnt! I've tried restarting the comp and uninstalling and reinstalling itunes but it still wont work! its really annoying as I can't reach my music, please help if u have any idea :-)
