Itunes keeps asking me to restore my iphone 3g

Question

i just jailbroke my iphone 3g with pwnage 2.0.0.3 and i like it and want to keep it jailbroken. my iphone is working perfectly jailbroken but when i connect it to the computer itunes keeps asking me to restore from a backup or to factory settings. there isnt a way to cancel or anything so i cannot sync my ipod or get to the iphone screen with the summary tab, music tab, ringtone tab, ect. i cannot rename my phone or see the free space bar telling me how much space i have and how much i used with videos n stuff. id like to keep it jailbroken if its possible. please help! thank you

well, how do you jailbreak and iphone? i had one of the old 400 dollar ones but that got put in the washing machine with one of my sweatshirts so it was trashed, but it also asked me to restore it. did you use apple programs or software to jailbreak it? if you didnt, then you probably have to un jailbreak it before they will let you sync because there is a foreign software with it, and it isn't wanted on the phoe. but just as a tip, i would ask someone at the at&t store for help because i am no miracle worker or anything and i am still going into 7th grade so i seriously would ask an apple person on apple.com or something
