Itunes music problem?

my itunes used to work fine but now when i add folder to library like i used to it always crashes when it is adding files, what can i do to make it work again?

Try going on the help tool, sorry not helpful but worth a try. When my iTunes did that my sister got rid of it and re-added onto my laptop. Then  she found something on help tool which she could of done without re-installing it!! So just try it and if yuu can't find anything then do what my sister did.
