Itunes only syncs some songs..

Question

I got my ipod touch about a week and a half ago. I had some songs on that i liked but i got it taken away for a week and it deleted my songs. Now it won't sync all the songs i want. It says its going to sync 71 songs and then it only syncs like 7. i have restored it twice already.

please help.

On the left of the songs in itunes have all the boxes got ticks in - if not tick them!!! Only ticked songs sync
