ok well when i try to import songs to my itunes how come it says its not a valid file?? is therer any way i can put it onto the itunes because i really need to put something on my ipod and it wont let me

do not delete it off your PC atall. you need to have the file backed up on your PC, like if you uploaded a song from your phone, put it on itunes then deleted it off you documents, it wont play. save it on your documents as well as itunes, and wherever you download it from, keep it in that file too.

Check the file extension and make sure they were not changed when you tried to import them.  If you're dragging them in to itunes, try and have itunes search for them instead.
