Itunes question?

I have some videos that I bought off itunes. but whenever I try to watch them I only see a black screen.

-Does sound works?

-Or, open it with Windows Media Player.

-Or there is a codec problem, you might want to check that out.

that has happento me before. actually just recently.  It may be a hard drive promblem take it to a itunes store, so you can get it fixed or a new one! GOOD LUCK!  =D
