I have a macbook pro 15". Itunes won't let me add to library, import or drag and drop videos into the library! It shows the green plus sign when i drag and try to drop but the file does not show up. I have converted files to mp4 with h.264 codec but no help. I have gotten the same files onto my ipod using an older version of itunes on a pc but the mac won't work. any suggestions or settings that itunes will accept?
