  1. I think this has already occured to the police, but it doesn't work. Duh!

  2. He will know where the body is hidden, its his last bastion not to tell anyone where Keith Bennett's body is buried.

I hope he roasts in h**l.

  3. I agree totally with you on this one. Shame torture is outlawed, I'd have volunteered to do it to him.

  4. just string him up lightly until he tells sod human rights

  5. They have tried talking to Brady about this, he wont co-operate because firstly if they find a body he may have to stand trial for his murders, secondly he cynically believes that he will be let out to help in the search and because th epolice have declined this option he refuses to help.

  6. Hi Window .If my memory serves me right . I don't think Brady can remember where they buried him. It was Hindley that said she could tell where the bodies of the children were. When she was campaigning for her release years ago.Brady always maintained he couldn't remember.

I hope they do find him and his family finally get to grieve properly. I can't imagine what torment they have suffered.Searching the moors at every opportunity all to no avail.

  7. Stuff human rights, full stop, this country has gone mad, the upholding of law and the issue of appropriate punishment stopped in this country the day they stopped capital punishment. If we still had capital punishment and national service, prisons would contain fewer poeple, there would be less violent crime and those that do undertake violent crime would expect a "just punishment" When I was a kid growing up ( i remember the 60's ) if you did wrong, your own parents would chastise you, if you still did wrong the courts would punish you and dish out the correct penalties. If you still did wrong after that you ended up in borstal, approved school detention centres or prison, with a punishment to fit the offence. Bring back Capital punishment, borstal proper young offenders institutes and at least 3 years minimum national service. Then we would see what the offenders would do next. As for Ian Brady, i remember the moors murders well, i was around 10 years old at the time, He should have been hung, he was proven to be guilty, he showed no remorse to the parents of those he killed, but he jas enjoyed a life of security and worry free for the last 40 years at the tax payers expense.

  8. How can you interrogate someone who is obviously mad? I feel so sorry for the family and I hope they can find peace somewhere. It breaks my heart.

  9. Anybody who says Britain should be more like America in ANY respect is a lunatic.

  10. Because this is not China or one of the Middle Eastern countries

    .. . ...

America puts it criminals in a place that is air conditioned heated with prepared meals by a licensed cook

    .. . ..

    Cable TV

    Paid college

Free complete medical and dental care

    .. .. ..

And counseling on ways to make them a better citizen

    .. . ..

And to force someone in the United States to tell something that they do not want....

will not be protecting the criminal in the country

    .. . ..

    Something about the 5th amendment

    .. . ..

So now you see why there are so many

    crooks

    thief's

    killers

    muggers

    shoplifters in that country

    .. . ..

Its the only country in the world were crime pays

Big time too a college degree will cost a  working man $45,000 up and the student is stuck with a loan when they get out of college

......... Not the Killer his college was paid for by the working man of the country

and he   got out on parole with a law degree

that happen about 10 years ago for real ......

    .. . ..

So if you want any or all of  the above come to America

    .. . .

  11. They cannot MAKE him tell.

1: after so many years he might not even remember; don't forget the Moors is the Moors, not a neat little street with house numbers to act as reminders

2: the police are better off looking alone, than taking him to "show" them but actually lead them on a wild goose chase

3: torture gets answers but not the truth...this has been well known for hundreds of years. The person will say whatever it takes to make the torture stop, NOT the truth.

4 : people who stoop to torture don't recognise truth...that is why they keep torturing their victims who have already said they don't know something.

    >>>>>

    as for "sod human rights"???

if HE should have  none then the victims and their parents should have none either...that's the whole thing about rights, they belong to everybody equally .(and he is a criminal for having breached the rights of his victims). Not quite getting this "everybody" bit is the problem with the US system - mainland - and don't get me started on Gitmo..

  12. You, fella, are only about forty years too late for this to be current  in any way, shape of form. They've been looking for the kid's body for forty years. It's not a new thing.

Incidentally, Brady's been in jail since then. He doesn't have a conscience, so tell me, why exactly would he bother telling anyone?

  13. UK JUSTICE system

  14. Because police are out of there mind. This country should be more strict like america.

Our cops need to be alot more rough to get the message across!

  15. they go looking for him on the moors every year, they always have, but its so big the area, and they haven't got the resources, etc, there is other victims as well, some that they took pictures, having a picnic on top of the graves, both of them were proper sick.

  16. I think Phsycoti is right, the police have interrogated Brady but he wont co-operate but, at least they are still looking, I wasn't aware of that till I also saw the article.  I just hope Keith Bennett's mother doesn't pass away before they find his remains.

  17. They have, and in the years before this country went pc mad, so I'm sure there were some harsh interviews, face it Brady is unstable, has been for donkeys years, he wants to die and they won't let him. At least Keith's mother did eventually get the admission that they were responsible. Personally I think it's a pretty blase assumption that his body is on the moors - it was (the late, but not a minute too soon!) Myra Hindley who said that - I don't think either of them could be relied on, to know where he is. Winnie Johnson is a wonderful woman, I just hope that she has had some happy times through all these years but I don't think that Brady will ever say any more about it, I used to find the pictures of Keith's uncle forlornly digging on the moors every week end, really, really sad.
