Iv just got 2 numbers on the euromillions but iv also got to star numbers does this mean iv won or not?

iv read the rules & it says match 3 numbers to win but does that include the lucky star numbers

2 numbers and one lucky star = APPROX £6.40

2 numbers and 2 lucky stars  = APPROX £16.50
