Ive always wanted to know what that white film on dark grapes and other darks fruits are.?

At first I thought it was just some form of pesticide but I figured it could be something else. How do you know what fruits have pesticides and what fruits don't?

Yeast and other stuff that's trying to get through the skin to the juice. Wash it away if you like, or leave some on the grape it will strengthen your immune system.
