  1. You can e-mail me and we can work out a solution.

Everyone is different and it takes a team effort to figure out what works and make a plan to make it work.

  2. Yeah, if other people your age are generally more advanced then you will find it very hard  to get into a private fee paying ballet school.

However at your current club you could ask to take more lessons, or perhaps some private ones one-on-one with your teacher. Then as you get better you may be able to compete with others for places at better ballet schools.

    Remember ballet is very competitive!

  3. if you are still thinking about enrolling in that other school to improve i say jump in!! there is nothing more challenging than being around other girls that are more advanced than you are!! i did a few classes with the grade above me and it was a goal for me to get as good as them or to be able to do that class to a satisfactor level even though it was a higher level than me. you would know that ballet is pretty competetive so bring out your competitive side, don't be timid or shy and jump stright in and show them what you've got, what you can do and what you are capable of doing with a little work. good luck and happy dancing! =)

  4. It is good to be a well rounded dancer. You shouldn't be discouraged about the girls your age being better than you. Everyone learns at their own pace. You should definitely try hip-hop, tap, lyrical, modern, and jazz!!
