Ive been diagnosed with Strep Throat. Now I got tons of very painful soars throughout my mouth. Please Help!!?

I was diagnosed with strep throat im on penicillin. But ive got these super painful soars on my gums and mouth preventing me to eat and drink properly. Does anyone know how to fix this or treat it? Or has anyone been through this? Im in so much pain.. My teeth bleed, I cant brush them and I have lost 15lbs... in about 6 days... Any answers will be welcomed greatly.

Return to the Doctor! I had this once and it seems that Penicillin has no affect on me, so the strep spread to my mouth and I ended up on steroids and another antibiotics. Best of Luck

Your doctor may be able to give you this mouth wash type of medication that has lidocaine in it so it can numb the sores so you can at least eat. I am sure if you call them tomorrow they will call you in some to your family pharmacy. Hope you feel better soon. I know you are hurting.
