Ive been doing abdominal workouts and I get pains should I be concerned?

Its just pains in the abdominal area it lasted a day it never hurt when I walked around or anything but I was unable to do crunches or any kind of workouts because of the pain.

  1. You either pulled or strained a muscle..need to rest  from exercise for awhile until it heals..about a week.


  2. It's normal to pain, when you are not used to do abdominal workouts!

    and probably you did more than you had to. Don't worry about it, you are in good way to get those abs.

    Rest for a few days and go on again, soon the pain will disappear and you are going to be able to do any kind of abdominal workouts!
