Ive been having a headache for 3 days now and i need to know what to do!?

Question

i've been having this severe headache like i never had before, i usually dont get headaches and if i do i take excedrin and there gone in just minutes but this headache is different i feel so much tension in my head it hurts for me to tilt my head back or if i get up to quickly i feel as if im going to faint and i have extreme pounding in my head even to walk to answer the door is hard because every step i take my head feels like its going to explode what should i do or try

If you are having visual disturbances with the headache, it's probably a migraine.  Try three advil, and an ice pack on the back of your neck

Maybe it's sinuses, I just asked the same question. Mine has been hurting in the same place over a week.
