  1. If you had endometrosis before they did not get all of the adhesions when they operated OR when they did the hysterectomy the surgeons released some of the uterine cells into your abdominal cavity. Those cells attached as adhesions to the cavity, bladder, and other organs causing the pulling sensation (ie pain). It is also possible they cut the ligaments that hold the bladder in place and it has dropped. Of course, you know that you have to go back and get checked out.

  2. It's quite possible you did form adhesions that involve the bladder suspensor ligaments.  A full bladder could certainly pull on them and make things painful.  It's a problem any time you do abdominal incisions.  Things can just heal stuck together where they shouldn't.  If you like, you can ask the gyn to consider a laproscopy to find and release them, or you can just watch to be sure you don't hold things too long.

  3. You really need to be asking your ob/gyn this question.  Here is a good link that can help you until then.  Good luck

  4. You are probably right and it is scar tissue and adhesions that must be causing your problems.

Gently massage some olive oil (olive oil is very good for the muscles and the skin fibres) into the area every evening and send your body some loving thoughts as you do it. Sympathize with your body and give it comfort because a hysterectomy is major surgery and the removal of your organs in such a drastic way was and is a great trauma and shock to the rest of your body especially the nearby parts.

I would also recommend that you call up the Heritage Store in Virginia Beach http://www.caycecures.com/ and order some scarmassage oil ( which is olive oil with camphor and  I think peanut oil – which will be even better and get rid of adhesions from scarring. Also order some watermelon seed tea for your bladder, or make your own; just dry watermelon seeds and pound or grind them.  Use a pinch of this watermelon seed powder and put it in a cup. Pour boiling water over it and let it sit cover for 15 minutes. Drink it or sip it slowly at least once a week. It will clear out any accumulated toxins from your bladder. .

Be kind with your body remember that it is a living mechanism and the living tissues and cells have a life of their own. Not only are they in pain from the surgery but they are also suffering a loss of some vital organs.

It takes a long time to recuperate and there is also a term coined "cell memory" which apparently kicks in on the anniversary of a trauma and causes pain once more.

Do these things and you will feel much better.

    Good luck.

  5. See your surgeon or ob-gyn for an exam.  No one can really give an accurate answer to  your question here because it's medical and we aren't trained in medicine.  Best wishes.
