i go to the gym at least 5 days a week. usually 6. and do 1 hour of cardio.. i always do my 100 crunches or sit ups and do a few different weight machines.. my diet is pretty healthy.. i only drink water with one gatorade while im at the gym and because im taking the hydroxycut hardcore my appetite is almost non existant. i practically force my self to have either yogurt or cottage cheese for breakfast and whatever for dinner.. I dont eat out fast food and ive cut back big time on ice cream cookies and other junk food.. why am i not dropping the LBS? i mean i feel myself getting thinner.. ive gone down pant sizes but the scale isnt changing..

What could be going On.. what do i need to do different??

  1. Well muscle weighs more than fat so you could be losing fat and gaining muscle which is good! Don't worry about the scale.

  2. don't listen to the spammer above...

i honestly don't know... i mean you could be losing a lot of fat, but gaining a little muscle, and that keeps your weight were it is? possibly...stranger things have happened.

    be careful with that hydroxycut.

  3. You're probably gaining muscle mass. All that cardio is strengthening your muscles, making your metabolism higher, and sculpting a lean body.

Don't worry about what your scale says. Statistics show that people who judge their weight by the way they feel and look lose more weight than people who judge their weight by a number on a scale.

  4. your getting tonned and healthier you've lost fat and gained muscle

    that's why you're feeling thinner

  5. As suggested by others, you are probably picking up muscle mass. So, don't worry about the weight loss if everything is reshaping nicely.  However, I am concerned about your diet. Your body needs a full spectrum of nutrition. You cannot remain healthy just eating a little cottage cheese and yogurt. Try to make sure that your "whatever" for dinner is fruit, vegetable and protein balanced; and consider a supplemental multivitamin.
