Ive been playing guitar about a year now and i need help understanding tablature?

my guitar teacher makes it look easy but i go online and dont understand most of it and some of the notes arent right to what she put and she is mainly right with what she puts.

it just the same but some people on ultimate guitar are f**s not all of them though and they put on false tabs look at the stars at the side to see if its good
