Ive read that the average size is 12, 143 lbs, at 5'4'' tall. What if it doesnt make sense. I am 5'4", and I have weight to lose. I wear a size 12 at 170lbs. So, with this said, what would one guess I should set a goal at, to be "normal" sized?

  1. At 5' 4" tall I think you should try to get down to 135 lbs if your body type will allow it. Perhaps a male your height should weigh 143 but that seems a little high still.

  2. start going to gym........

    do yoga and jogging

  3. dont listen to what people say is "normal" sized. just because you weigh more doesnt mean anything, because the weight may be somewhere else instead of your stomach area where you button up pants. i also dont think that is correct because when i was a size 12 i was 170 pounds also. i am 143 pounds now and a size 4, so that has to be incorrect, or it just matters how you carry your weight.

  4. If you can wear a size 12 well at 170 and 5'4, you don't need to lose anything.

I would suggest going for 160 pounds and see where you're at.
