Ive been realy stressed latly what should i do?

i almost always feel annoyed or unhappy and am getting mad at people really easily i feel hot or sweaty alot and am completly misirable i don't know what to do and i don't know what swrong w/ me =(

  1. perimenopausal  maybe with the symptoms you just described but you might want to see your physician and tell them what is going on with you they have blood test to see if you are beginning menopausal


  2. Hi, Im sorry to hear you're having such a bad time lately.

    Try to think if there is anything that has changed in your life or routine lately, or if you're having any problems. If so then sorting that out may stop you from feeling so stressed.

    Why not try keeping a diary? That way at the end of each day you'll have an outlet for all of your thoughts and frustrations, rather than bottling them all up inside until you explode.

    You could start taking nice relaxing walks in the countryside to wind down to.

    Instead of getting mad at people, try gently just being honest and telling your close friends or family when you're not feeling on top of things. They may be able to cheer you up.

  3. I don't know.  I am going through the same right now.  I am 27 years old, 3 kids, married, no job so I basically stay home all the time doing house chores.  I never seem to have a break and time for myself.

Alot of times we take our angry out on people because we're really angry at ourselves for allowing ourselves to be treated a certain way or put in certain situations that we don't want to be in.  Start off small by being honest about how you really feel if something makes you feel uncomfortable speak up, or if you feel hot and annoyed just ask for some alone time and come back to that situation when you feel better. And herbs are helpful when it comes to issues like this as well.

  5. How old are you?  Sounds like premenopausal symptoms.  If you are not a woman, sorry about that!
